You cannot cleanly resolve external battles when you are fighting an unmanaged war within yourself.
I help people turn conflict into conversation—within themselves, between each other, and across the organisations they lead.

brief
The costliest fractures in business and life are rarely found within the blueprint of a contract, the rigid rules of a workplace or the walls of a home. They live in the unmanaged spaces—within the unchecked egos, misaligned internal scripts, competing priorities, and the quiet, heavy friction of humans operating from a place of sheer exhaustion.
Whether those conflicts unfold around a boardroom table, within a family, or quietly inside our own minds, they all have one thing in common: they keep us stuck.
My work is helping people find a way forward.
With an academic foundation in International Business Law from King’s College London (LLM), experience directing the internationally released Netflix film Project Papa, more than a decade designing and facilitating leadership and communication programmes for elite organisations like Goldman Sachs, Mercedes-Benz and others, and ongoing training in mediation and interest-based dispute resolution, I bring together disciplines that are rarely found in one place.
I understand systems. I understand stories. And I understand people.
I view reality as a Narrative Architect—someone who believes that every corporate deadlock is simply a communication breakdown waiting to be restructured, and every relational crisis is just a story that has lost its way back home.

Today, my work has two expressions—but one philosophy.
Whether the negotiation is with yourself, your leadership team, or across the table from someone whose interests differ from your own, lasting resolution begins with understanding what is happening beneath the surface.
Because conflict is inevitable.
How we navigate it changes everything.
